What you’ll do?
We’re looking for an energetic resource to help our growing company reach it’s full potential. Part analyst, part office manager, part cat wrangler - you’ll help Nix become the well-oiled machine that it needs to be, allowing us to reach our potential!
Help our growing team be more productive and execute on our ambitious goals!
Address the needs of our management team and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly
Plan appointments, events, and travel arrangements
Manage our office and keep it running like a well oiled machine
Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
Create regular reports and update internal databases
Aid in day to day bookkeeping tasks, conduct market research, perform data entry tasks, coordinate the office, and other support tasks.
What you’ll need?
A fresh, energetic attitude!
Be proactive, and the ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
The ability to use technology to assist with office management
Exceptional Excel Skills, and Microsoft Office Experience
Exceptional communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
